Mr Samuel Amo Tobbin, Chairman of the Tobinco Group of Companies and Chief Executive Officer of the Tobinco Pharmaceuticals Limited is the philanthropist who instigated the Samuel Amo Tobbin Foundation to support humanity in diverse ways.

Under health, he supports individuals suffering from hole in heart, kidney disorders, eye defect, abnormal swellings, respiratory problems, chronic sore and other strange diseases to undergo surgery and treatment through the Foundation.

He also pays the school fees of brilliant but needy students whose parents cannot afford the fees of their wards due to some challenging reasons. Currently, he pays the fees of almost two hundred (200) pupils and students from crèche to the tertiary levels of education.

Mr Amo Tobbin also gives over 350 widows and aged stipends to support themselves and their families. He also establishes small businesses for some dependent beneficiaries of the Foundation so that they could become independent.

He does all these and more because of his passion to support humanity and give back to society what he has gained from society since he became an Entrepreneur. Mr Amo Tobbin is a selfless man who wishes that all human beings enjoy their right to liberty and quality of life. Due to this, he would use even his last penny to pay the medical bills of patients who are discharged but confined to hospitals because of their inability to pay their medical bills; an action he has undertaken numerous times.
