Welcome to Samuel Amo Tobbin Foundation
Since its inception, the Samuel Amo Tobbin Foundation has been supporting individuals and groups in diverse ways under health, education, social safety, economic and livelihood empowerment. The Foundation specifically supports the aged, widows, the sick, poor, needy and vulnerable.
The Foundation pays the school fees of almost 200 brilliant but needy students from basic to tertiary levels of education. It helps individuals to establish their petty businesses to make them self-reliant and also gives monthly allowances to over 350 widows and aged with amounts ranging from GH¢100.00 to GH¢1500.00.
Under health, the Foundation also provides support to people living with disabilities, the sick, and people with various diseases who are unable to cater for their surgeries, treatments or medical bills.
The Foundation on December 2016, changed its name into the “Samuel Amo Tobbin Foundation” from its former name the “Tobinco Foundation” as it extended its activities to provide more comprehensive support to the general public. Currently, the Foundation receives all its financial support from the Executive Chairman of the Tobinco Group of companies, Mr Samuel Amo Tobbin and from various companies within the group.

Our Vision
The SAT Foundation is focused on making a positive impact in Ghana and was established by the CEO of the Tobinco Group of Companies, Samuel Amo Tobbin, to give back to the communities that have nurtured him since childhood. As a religious man, Mr. Tobbin regards it as an important part of his Christian duties to help his brothers and sisters and to lift people up where the opportunity arises to do so.
We suport improving access to quality healthcare, helping to increase secure livelihoods, increasing access to high standards of education, improving basic social amenities such as access to potable water and widening social protections for society’s most vunerable. As the charity moves forward we are focused on widening our impact and becoming strong advocates for those in our society that do not have a voice. We have established a vision for the future that reflects the scope of what we want to help achieve and a mission that guides us and helps us to achieve our goal and moves the charity toward achieving its vision.
