5th September which marks UN International day of Charity is observed by the Foundation. As part of the celebration of this day, the Foundation in collaboration with the other units of Tobinco Group of Companies.
This is sponsored by Mrs. Araba Sika Tobbin, Executive Director, Tobinco Group of Companies.
Donations were made to Pantang hospital, Nsawam Prison, Awutu Senya Camp Prison and Mantse Agbona community. It was also to visit and interact with the inmates and assess how best the group and other entities could come to the aid of the inmates.

The items donated to the aforementioned bodies included over 1,150 bottles of Alvite blood syrup, 1,040 pieces of Medicam anti-bacterial soap, and 1,000 pieces of Combat-n triple action cream for skin diseases.
Others were 1,750 pieces of Wormee-4 Albendazole oral suspension for deworming, 1,000 bottles of Kofof cough syrup and 1,000 slippers.
The donated assorted items worth GH¢100,000.00 to the Nsawam Medium Prison in the Eastern Region, Pantang Hospital and the Awutu Camp Prison in the Central Region.

Samuel Amo Tobbin foundation ended the celebration with a visit to Mantse Agbona. Items distribution include pampers and hair products to over thousand mothers.
The foundation hopes to continually put smiles on the faces of the poor and needy and the society at large on every given day, not only on special occasions.
