Dickson is a three (3) year old boy who was first admitted at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital when he was a day old and was diagnosed of Anorectal Malformation without a Fistula. This is a congenital condition in which the child has no anal opening. Since birth he has had several surgeries but was not successful. The family had spent all they had and later approached the Foundation for support. Dickson was then transferred to Korle-Bu – Teaching Hospital where a successful surgery was conducted.
