Mr. Adjei Isaiah sustained a left zygomatic complex fracture after he had a lorry accident. The beneficiary was prepared for an open reduction and internal fixation with Titanium Plates and mesh under general anaesthesia with a total bill of GH15,000.00. He visited the Foundation for a top-up support of GH10.000 since he was able to raise an amount of GH5000 cedis. He was supported with that amount and surgery was successfully conducted at the dental department of the Korle-bu Teaching hospital.
