As part of the core thematic areas of the Foundation, the aged and widows forms 90% of the total vulnerable groups it supports. Programmes are carefully designed and rolled out to specifically attend to the needs of these vulnerable groups. The Foundation as part of its programs pays visits to these aged groups, solicit for their needs  and also to ensure that they are well catered for and also receives their monthly stipend which is their major source of livelihood. The stipends given them are mostly used for medications or visitation to the hospital and some for daily upkeep. Others also use this stipend to purchase more items or goods to sell because their age does not permit them to take loans from the bank and it is this petty trading they engage themselves in to keep them active.

The Foundation also conducts free health screenings for them in partnership with Tobinco Pharmaceuticals, Priority Insurance and Entrance University Hospital and also engage them in health talks in order to stay healthy at all times. In addition the aged visits the Foundation for supports in terms of healthcare issues and additional upkeep supports which they find difficult to receive from the family in terms of rent among others.

The Centre for Ageing studies, University of Ghana, Legon also comes in to engage our aged with talks of social issues, physical education among others.
