Vocational Skills Training Held at SAT Foundation Office at Keneshie

Samuel Amo Tobbin Foundation within the first and second quarter in 2021 organized vocational skills training to support women and youth to revamp their business or start a trade. Areas of skills training include detergents, fascinator and bead making held at the Office premises at Kaneshie. The training that runs to 2 months started in March 2021 and ended in April 2021. The skills training also included teachings on entrepreneurship, marketing of products and financial literacy.

At the end of the training, participants have started making sales and giving great testimonies on how the training has been beneficial to them and they call for more of such programs.

There were 100 participants present for the training with few men included. The male participated in the detergent making which include parazone, floor cleaner, liquid soap and shower gel.
